Responsibilities
- Managing the store operations which includes upholding our commitment to customers, business growth and people development
- Providing mentorship, guidance and leadership to your direct reports
- Ensuring that processes are followed and the customer experience meets the quality and performance bar that our customers expect from us
- Reviewing loan criteria and applications to ensure that the information is accurate and meets company and government regulations
- Contributing to the ongoing evolution and improvement of how we do things at Mogo
- Communicating with Head Office about your success, challenges and results
- Promoting and encouraging customer relationships through excellence in customer service
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- 3 years customer service experience
- A passion for what you do
- Experience with recruiting, orienting and coaching direct reports
- A willingness to communicate candidly with your team, grow the business and drive business improvements
